Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Boxhero packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
